RMAing memory?

I have this stick of defective 256 mb ddr, not sure what brand it is or where I got it (a little over a year ago). I know there is generally a long warranty on ram. Heres whats printed on the stickers
sticker 1: a02586/16045
sticker 2: atp/ag32l64b8seb0m
256mb unb ddr sdram
barcode
*32x64 ddr*

And on the chips itself is printed
0126 2-2
MT 46v16mb
tg -75a

And turned vertically it says n98l

I *think* it came from mwave with my barebones machine (motherboard/cpu/case/memory) but Im not sure.
Any idea where I could rma it to?
