I just got some brand new OCZ VX memory yesterday. Have been encountering tons of error in Memtest. I am going to RMA these, should I send it to Newegg or OCZ? I would love to get them back as soon as possible.

I would fill out an RMA request to Newegg saying that your RAM is defective.

Contact Newegg. See how quickly they can turn them around. Since you just bought them it should be an easy process.

Make sure that Newegg sends you a replacement with the exact part number. Check their website to see if they still sell the part.

I too had a defective module, but Newegg sent me a "compatible" module because they were out of the original. To Newegg, a single-sided module was the same as a double-sided. After much ado, I returned the module and ordered a replacement direct from the maker.
