RMAing AzenRAM Brand RAM

I bought a stick used of 256MB PC133 AzenRAM used on a FS/T forum and it gives me many memory errors in Memtest86 in multiple systems. . The seller is willing to refund me the money, but it was a good price and I'd like to RMA it if possible. Everywhere I see AzenRAM is advertised with Lifetime warranty, but the seller doesn't know where it was originally bought from and I can't figure out where to RMA it to Azen directly, only some resellers.

Any ideas?
