has anyone rma'ed a microsoft keyboard? i have a broken ms natural kb pro laying around and a friend needs a keyboard.. if the rma process is the same as the mouses (ie. i dont need to send back mine) or if ms pay my shipping costs, i wouldnt mind doing it for my friend.. does anyone know the rma process for the keyboard?
