RMA'ing a video card from Visiontek

Has anyone had to RMA a bum card from Visiontek before? My video card fan's bearings are way off and now making grinding noises. And since it's been more than 30 days since I bought it, I can't go to BB anymore. What is the standard procedure? Will Visiontek replace my card or what? If they will replace it, do I have to send the bum card first before they send a new one or can I wait until they send the replacement?
