Have a Soyo board I bought here on the boards, and it decided it wanted to die for whatever reason. Is there any way of returning it to Soyo under warranty? I can't see anything physically wrong with it; it just won't boot anymore. The onboard diagnostics speech chip says that the processor is damaged, which it is not.

You can always inquire of them but I had a soyo problem and gave up on them. I received a mb in a trade that had a small amt of damage near the clear cmos jumper and battery and it would always default to bios defaults so I emailed soyo in canada, goes to a vendor who wont do anything to a soyo board they didn't sell so I contacted USA support, waited a week and no response. I then emailed taiwan and after a week got a response that was basically clear cmos and otw, nothing they could do and they wouldn't answer if it was rma'ble as the mfg date on the mb was 11 months old.

I finally gave up and emailed soyo that it was my first and last soyo mb and sold it for 10 bucks. Probably other mb vendors giving poor support but thats my soyo rma experience. I was very unhappy that they wouldn't even clarify the warranty appliability.

Oh yeah! The reason for no response for 12 days from soyo worldwide......chinese new year!!!

Good luck and try to work through the dealer you purchased from if thats the case.
