RMAing a motherboard to newegg...need advice

Wolfchild

Senior member
I've never sent a mb back to newegg before and I'm either missing something or don't see
thorough instructions on their site.

Do I need to send the cables, IO plate, manual, etc, back too? Reason being, I'd definitely
need at least the IO plate back...

And is it okay to send it back through USPS Priority? (UPS and FedEx are much more difficult
for me to get to where I live).

Yes, they want everything back or they will charge you for missing items. You can ship anyway you desire, but personally I would make sure I had a way to track the package. Don't misunderstand, I have never had a problem with an RMA with them. You just want to ensure that they have, in fact received it.
