RMA'd my motherboard, how long for a response?

I RMA'd my motherboard to Shuttle about 2 weeks ago. How long does it usually take for them to send you email on whether or not they've received it?

see, i was thinking motherboards, but this is more about an rma, not neccessarily motherboard, so i figured this will be ok?

any ideas to how long it'll take? this is my first time ever RMAing something.
