RMA to newegg *urgent*

Recently i bought 2 sticks of crucial ram pc 2700 from newegg. however, because they seem to cause instability in my setup. So i decided to return them and get better ones.

Anyway, my question is, if i want to do a RMA, does newegg has to receive my package within seven days from the day i received it or just post marked within seven days of receiving it? I read the policy online and it says something about 7 days from the invoice date, does that mean the day I placed my order, the day they shipped the order, or the day i received my order ????

This is confusing, just to make from people that have done RMA before.

When you RMA, they will give you a special code. You have 7 days from the day you recieve the RMA code. (it might actually be 14 days, I havent had to RMA anything recently).

If you dont return it by that time then you are pretty mcuh out of luck cause you cant RMA it 2x.

So, invoice date in their policy means the day which i requested for the RMA code and 7 days after that to ship (postmark) it back. I just requested the RMA today 6/15. Hope i have enough time.

Should i use overnight shipping, express shipping or just normal ground shipping? I would guess that all three of these should get the items delivered within seven days, what do you think? (well i haven't done any RMA before so i really don't know).

By the way, do i have to use the original packaging box (for my case, 2 sticks of ram and their original cases in a medium size paper box) to return to newegg.
