Hi all,

I just shipped an A8N-E to Asus. From your experience, how long it takes to get it back?

Thanks!

About 8-11 working days. I have done about five in the past three years.

Wow, isn't that pretty bad ratio, unless you're doing a business with mobos?

I did one recently about a month back. It took about five weeks for me to receive a replacement from the day that they received the motherboard.

EDIT: The mobo I RMA'ed was a P5VD1-X. I received a very clean replacement that looked brand new.

Ah... not good news to me then. That means my new rig is down for at least a month. :(

I think a Mobo RMA is kind of a crapshoot.
You better buy a cheap one to replace till you get it back.

iI have another NIB motherboard, an MSI K8NGM2-NBP. Is it worth it to install it?
