RMA Time?

Problem: My computer will not turn on at all. Nothing happens when I hit the power switch.

Symptoms:
-Flashing light on back of power supply, normally solid light
-No response to power switch

I have checked:
-The power from the wall is good (I electrocuted myself on it.)
-The power cable is not bad, have swapped power cables
-No extra connections, such as fans, are connected to the PSU
-No volt mods
-Motherboard 24-pin, front power header, and CPU 4-pin are connected

There's just nothing at all. I think I need to RMA.

So who should I go through with first? Xclio or Newegg?

2GB ADATA Extreme Edition RAM DDR2-800 @ 2.0V
GA-P35-DS3L
3 120mm fans
1 80mm fan from the intel stock cooler
Cooler Master HyperTX2 Cooler
400GB SATA WD hard drive
40GB IDE WD hard drive
Asus DVD burner
BFG Tech 8800GT OC @ 625/1566/925.
Cooler Master 690
(formerly) Xclio Goodpower 500W 34amps on 12V

Conveniently enough, the Goodpower has vanished from the internet. I guess I get an Xclio Stablepower if (or when) I RMA.

Is your motherboard battery loose/dead?

Hard to imagine on a DS3L that you would already have a dead battery.
If it's not the culprit, I would try to RMA that XCLIO.

It's in place... I don't think it's possible to test that though.
