I just had a Samsung RAM stick that went bad as well as a Liteon CDRW. Anyone have any experience in getting these replaced? I am not sure who to call and stuff. (The place where it was purchased puts all responsibility on the manufacturer.)
 
And once again, the lesson is learned not to buy the cheapest parts out there.

Buy from Newegg or somewhere respectable.
