RMA review site?

Anyone knows about a site/location where the RMA, driver update history, and customer support of various companies are reviewed? I would find it MUCH more helpful then overclocking/performance reviews actually... I know that I am gonna get something at least SIMILAR when I buy a certain chipset motherboard for example, but what I really wanna know is who is gonna shaft me when I try to RMA the 1/3 products that come DOA...

I know that Tom's Hardware (www.tomshardwareguide.com) at least used to rate RMA/tech support. Dunno if they still do, as I don't regularly read their reviews.
