RMA Requesting at Newegg

Ok I want to RMA a purchase that I got from newegg.com. They want to charge me for some kind of restocking fee and I imagine I will have to pay for shipping. I need some info on what you have to pay for because the product that I bought has warranty or so Newegg.com says. I want to be able to get the same product or a refund without any charge. It is supposedly under warranty.
 
Under whose warrenty? Neweggs or the manufactorer?

Restocking is pretty standard, but if you call and our respectful on the phone...I think with newegg you have a 50/50 chance of getting it waived. Not so with most retailers though.
