RMA process for cooler master power supplies

Hello. I need some advice for cooler master customer service. I'm having trouble getting an RMA for my in-warranty ps. Their website says my serial number does not exist. I used live chat to no avail. Does anybody know of a toll free number to call? Or any advice at all?
 
When i returned my PS last fall I called them...I can't find their number either sorry. Sneaky sneaky

It went really well. I did an advance RMA(power supply wasn't burnt out, just didn't reboot without taking out power cord(i got tired of doing that)), and got the PS in like 4 days.

Sent the broken one back, and that was it.

I'm having no luck at all. Does a cooler master rep monitor this forum?
 
The entire cooler master rma experience was very frustrating and time consuming. I've finally applied for the rma and even then I had error messages on the final page. I'm not sure if it went through or not. I will not be purchasing cooler master products anymore because of there lack of customer service.
