I dealt with both and they were very good. Newegg i returned a bad stick of memory with lifetime warranty and they got back to me saying they didn't have any instock and would I like a compairable product, which wasn't, and my other option was to get a refund. The money refund worked great. ZZF i returned an open package of memory that worked; i made the mistake in buying the wrong memory. Returned hassle free and they credited my credit card within a week. I only buy from ZZF instead of Newegg now, ZZF is always free 2day shipping and has close prices to newegg. Newegg in my area charges tax and their shipping prices are crazy and now they use UPS, sucks!

My RMA through ZipZoomFly was pretty bad. It took them at least a week after they recieved my motherboard to send out a new one. They might have been extra busy after Christmas, but it still sucked.
