RMA Problem...

I've got an MSI K7T Pro2A that decided to die on me, with the infamous "death rattle". Problem is, as of now, I can't remember or find out where I bought it from. And according to MSI's site, they only accept RMA's from retailers. Is there anything I can do, or can you get around this and send it directly back to MSI? I'm still looking for the shipping slip, but I'm not feeling very optimistic about finding it.

Any suggestions?

This may be a long shot but see if MSI can track it by seeing what retailer they sold the board with your serial number. They probably know what lot number went where, but whether or not they will help you is another question.

Hey jjlawren, I have the exact same problem but in my case I still have the invoice. Tell you what, my retailer wont rma them and ask me to rma directly to MSI. We've been emailing back and forth to no avail. Monarch Computer system is not helpful at all. Let me know if you can get the board rma'd . GL.
