RMA policies - leaked/bad caps, can i still RMA a yr+ later?

My Soltek board went bad recently, after 18 months of using it. Can I still get an RMA? I contacted Soltek about it but would like to know people's experiences in such cases.

ahh that's nice. I was gonna throw it away. I'll repair it and then sell it since I have new parts.
