RMA or not RMA my 5900 ultra

I got 5800 with 3D mark 03 and 12000 with 03. I've been having graphics problems with certain games. My processor is an Athlong XP 2200 OCed to 2400 (1.9ish). I have a Gigabyte GA7VAXP motherboard with 1024DDR. Should I upgrade processor and motherboard and keep the card or RMA the card and get a 9800 Pro.

Any suggestions on Motherboards and processors? (AMD ONLY)

There was another thread I started where 90% of the people told me to RMA. If it doesn't perform as it should, it there are tons of artifacts in game, if the computer randomly stops using Video drivers, then there could be a problem with the card.

IMHO,

I would not have a problem with returning a product if it did not perform as expected, particularly if you are shelling out $400-500 for a video card.

you're overclocking your CPU, of course your gonna have artifacts, and problems. Remember that GFFX 5900 Ultra isnt some small GF4Ti4600 where you could OC your system to 56987594Ghz. The 5900 Ultra REQUIRES a 300w PSU and will pull ALOT more wattage. Put your CPU down to stock specs and see if the artifacts and problems stop, if they dont, THEN RMA it
