RMA on PowerColour 9700

Hi everyone, I've got the wavy lines problem on my PowerColour 9700 Pro.

Now, over on Rage 3D, the ATI guy said that they were aware of the problem, their CS people knew about it, and would RMA them.

The thing is, I don't have a built-by-ATI, I have a PowerColour. Should I call up PowerColour to do an RMA?

You mean the store? Wouldn't that take a lot longer than going to the manufacturer?
