RMA how long does the # last

I ask for a Gainward RMA in around April 28, 2003 and and i didnt use their number until probably this upcoming monday.

Should i ask for a new RMA number or is the one that they gave me approx 3 weeks ago still valid.

Generally good for a month.

That depends on the company. I've seen a lot of places that only give you 10-14 days.

What John says. Check with whoever is issuing the rma and specifically ask them.

In my experience it's generally two weeks or 1 month.
