My Samsung has been approved for RMA and they told me to send it in. However, before I do that, there is some question. Should I wipe the drive clean of data before shipping it out since it is my current OS drive? If so, is there a tools that I can do it?

Also, what is the best way to pack it for shipment? I got my hand on one of those anti shock hard drive case which oem drive tend to come in as. Can I put a bunch of newspaper/brown wax paper round the anti shock case then put everything to the shipping box or do I need to use the standard method of using shipping bubble?
