I just submitted for one, I have an GA-78LMT-USB3 onboard video no longer puts out a signal. How painful is the RMA process and do I ship them the part first or does a replacement arrive before I send this one back?

gigabyte have excellent rma process. request rma online w/ valid serial number. send mb out. you get replacement in about 2 weeks time with timely email updates of progress. painless.

this is for usa rma.
