RMA for coil whine in a PSU

Hey all, I have a Corsair TX650 that suffers from pretty loud coil whine. It's pretty annoying and it'd be nice to have a quieter system in that respect. Do companies, particularly Corsair honor RMAs for bad coil whine?

They should, but you should also make absolutely sure that it is from the PSU. The three common sources for coil whine are graphics cards, motherboards and PSUs. You can use a straw as kind of a stethoscope to home in on the source.

I ruled out video card last weekend, that's why I'm wondering if I could RMA the PSU. I guess I could try the PSU in another rig and rule out the motherboard. I could also try this straw trick you speak of.
