Has anyone else ever had to RMA a graphics card? What was the outcome? I ordered a 7850 off dabs and wouldn't register a signal on the screen after a week of having it. I obviously checked the various pci slots on my board as well as trying in another setup and no joy so I sent it back. It got collected 8 days ago and arrived with them monday morning. Customer services manager said it would be booked in by wednesday at latest then again yesterday I was told again booked in today by the latest and nothing. No refund yet or any news. Also not stocking the product now, I am *hoping* that I get a used (from dabs again, and if a new one can be faulty then I might as well go for a better valued used one) 7950 I ordered at a good price (xfx dd) as a replacement but am awaiting the refund to fund this. If it takes too much longer for the refund I will lose out on the 7950. I know my friend had to wait a month RMAing his 7770 to dabs recently but this was over the christmas and new year period. So I was really just wondering what an average RMA length for you guys had been for a graphics card...
