RMA but to who?

So i got this Seagate 80GB drive off newegg refurb section and so the drive gets here and its screwed up or something. Its making clicking noises and the transfer is as slow as molasses...i mean it took 8 hours just to install windows on it
So anwyas I check the drive on Seagates website and they say they will do an RMA return on it still, but i also still have NewEgg's 15 day period to repair it (since refurb i can't get $ back which is OK with me so long as i can still get drive repaired).
So which one would be better to go with? NewEgg or Seagate? either one more liekly to get a new drive back?

I had some good luck with Newegg because I called today about a drive enclosure I bought a year ago and they said that if I send it in, they will refund my money or send me a new one.

I would still go with Seagate because Newegg will send it to Seagate anyways. Good luck!

Seagate as newegg will just replace it with another returned/refurbed drive and seagate will send you a tested working drive.
