I bought a used stick of PC133 256MB AzenRAM and it's bad. The original owner got it off someone else and they don't know where they got it from. AzenRAM as far as I know is advertised to come with lifetime warranty. Does anyone know the process of RMAing Aznram?

Thanks for looking. I hit that site up as well, but it seems to me that that site is a company that sells RAM and not Azen themselves?
