Hi. I got my ipod the other day, and after i used up the battery - I of course plugged it into my computer to charge and for whatever reason the ipod began to stink. Litterally, I looked down and picked it up off the floor where it had been charging. It was HOT, amazingly hot, I couldnt even hold it for more than a second without letting go. The plastic/glass in the front started to make an indention (about the size of a drop of water). I dont know HOW i could have forseen this to happen. Anyway, I bought this from bestbuy.com not too long ago and was wondering if they'd do an RMA. I dont know where to go on their website, or even if I can get this RMA'd/Repaired/W-E. The ipod doesnt even turn on now.

BestBuy doesn't do RMAs. You can exchange it, return it, or send it to Apple.

EDIT: Zim brings up an excellent point, you can only do the first 2 if it hasn't been longer than a month.

Bring it to BestBuy to see if they can replace it for you, if not then contact Apple.
