RMA advice

I am returning a broken combo drive to directron.com. Any advice is greatly appreciated as this is my first RMA, and I am not sure exactly what to do, and I do not know if they will accept it. I am positive it doesnt work. Will they replace it with something? Will I just get my money back? Any help is welcome, thanks.

I have dealt with Directron before. Not for an RMA.. but did have questions before purchase and they were super nice.

🙂

What did they tell you when you contacted them?

This may be your first RMA, but it isn't theirs. They'll have the answers you seak.

If only Directron thought to put such information on their site.

Oh. Wait.

Directron is a classy bunch. Well, maybe classy isn't the right word. They're Texans, after all. But they're great guys nonetheless.

Contact their tech support first, they'll run you through a bunch of things that you've probably already tried. Then they'll hook you up with an RMA number, just write that on the box and send it in. That's how it worked with both companies that I've had to RMA with, though I've never had to work with Directron before.
