Well.. My friend did exactly what i told him NOT to do. He ordered a parts off Ebay, isnt that great. Either way, the motherboard he ordered, an ASUS Nforce 220 or some such model, never got to him. Insted he recived a Duel MP board (A7M266-D). I tried to contact the group that sold it to him, they asked for the serial number, I gave it, and they claim "Its not our board." So now IM stuck with trying to RMA this motherboard for him. I cant get the company (Geekdeal.com) to RMA it, so I was wandering if its possible to RMA it right to ASUS.

worth a try, but I would be trying my best to make them look bad for sending a dud to you.

yes it is possible to RMA a board to asus. all their boards come with a 3 year warranty, no matter where u bought it. The rma process is pretty simple and all it costs is shipping to the facility. go to the asus site to find the email addy to the rma department and they'll give u instructions. i would reccomend doing it, they give u a brand new board.
