RMA a KT7-Raid

I looked on Abit's site and they say to return the mobo to the company you bought it from. I bought the board on-line, so I can't return it like I would if it was Best Buy or something. Anyone know if Abit will take of me, or am I going to have to rip a new one out of the reseller's throat? I don't want to have to deal with a reseller. They are usually uptight about exchanging anything beyond ten days old.

Appreciate a little help.

Thanks.

If this is the retail boxed version, you should have no problem returning to Abit. If this is the OEM, then you will have to go back to reseler. O'course it really depend how long you had it.

I got an RMA number from Abit. I have to shell out $25 for the service however. I have only had the board for about two, maybe three months tops.

I just have to totally disassemble the system now and re-pack the mobo to send out.
