'rm -rf /bin/laden' and 'chmod a+rwx /bin/freedom'

The first one is the unix shell command for deleting a directory and there happens to be a /bin directory in the standard unix shell structure. The second one I believe gives everyone full access to /bin/freedom directory...so it's sort of a pun...giving everybody freedom...get it?
