rj45 combo wall plate with coax, rj11??

Anyone know where I can get one of these? My house is 'prewired' with cat5e supposely, and I opened up one of the existing wall plates. The existing wall plate only has an RJ11 (for fone line) and a coax for cable. I'd like to replace this wall mount with another mount that has coax, rj11, and rj45. Anyone know where I can buy one of these plates for a good price? Thanks in advance..

Yep home depot has them. You have to buy the plate with however many openings you want then buy the specific pieces that you want and they just snap in.
