I think it's great. For decades, the tobacco companies told us their product was not harmful...that the labeling on the packages was wrong...and they were being forced to label them even though there was no "science" that proved their products were harmful.

Make them pay billions of $$$ for every smoker who gets a smoking related disease.

(after all, if smoking is so bad for you...wouldn't the government have banned it?)
