It works great with windowsXP
It will let you disable VSync in D3D
It offers the 60Hz refresh rate fix
It alows enabling of hardware or software OC'ing the Vid.

I use either RivaTuner or GeforceTweak; just depends on... uh, I don't know what it depends on. 😀
