Rivatuner and ATI CCC reset?

Anyone have any idea why Rivatuner resets my fan back to defaut from 100% and ATI CCC resets my overdrive o/c's to default? I'm confused.

BTW I do click apply on both. I can exit and reopen them and its fine but if I check it a few hours later or restart the settings are default.
