Rivatuner and 9500 pro

I read in PC WORLD about rivatuner being able turn an ati 9500 pro into a 9700 pro. I downloaded it
and saw that it works with ati cards and found the spot for the change function but there is no
instructions on how to make the change. Anybody have any experience with this.
It also is a decent overclocking tool.
Any help would be apreciated.
