RivaTuner/3dmark05 detecting oced mem speeds but displaying default clock core speeds any ideas?

The hardware monitor option will show me my default core speed and my oced mem speed with rivatuner... however it shows up correct on the oc screen in riva tuner.. 3dmark shows the same thing... as im writing this i though maybe those are the 2d core speeds its showing.. i know that mem is oced on both 2d and 3d.. and the cores are seperate any ideas??
