RivaTuner 2.06 overclocking

RivaTuner 2.06 won't allow seperate 2D/3D GPU clocks on my 7600gt. I'm running XP Pro SP2 with Nvidia driver 169.21 and I left the box checked to allow seperate 2D/3D clocks when I click the overclock tab. If I overclock just the 3D it raises the 2D to the same frequency. I let it reboot to detect my stock frequency which it detects correctly. It never did this and I am wondering why it started doing it. Thanks.
