can anyone help me to understand rivatune. i would like to overclock my graphics card, but i dont know how too.

I've used nTune to find optimal and sets my core bus to 700 and memory bus 1100, but it never saves the settings when i reboot.

is rivatune the best software? if so, can someone help me to overclock my card?
