Why can't I get the overclock to remain in effect after I have restarted the system? I tried using the low level then the regisrty level (not simultaneously).

Is there some hidden option I 'm not enabling? Checked that it should be in effect at startup in both cases....

Any help woul be appreciated. (Via chipset, Athlon 1.4, 98SE, 512 PC133 ram, GF3 Ti 200, Nvidia 28.90 drivers)

your nvidia reg entries are probably all gummed up. do a driver uninstall, choose standard vga on the reboot and clean the nvidia registry keys, reinstall drivers and go. or not.
