Its now been 18 days since they received and processed my return, yet no credit as of yet... I just called my CC and disputed the charge...
Anyone else have problems like this with them?
Every other company i've dealt with in the past refunds your money instantly. Granted, it may take a day or two to show up in my acct, but 18 days is ridiculous...
