Ritz crackers are good when you're hungry

Kind of hungry but too lazy to cook a full course meal. Times like this I wish I had ice cream or cake laying around but all I have are Ritz crackers. yummy

My family has a weird, but delicious, snack we make with ritz. I have no idea where it came from...but its so simple to make you should give it a shot

take a plate full of ritz crackers, break apart some cheese (we usually use american, sometimes cheddar) and place on each crack (a thin piece) and then a half or whole marshmallow

nuke it for 20 or 25 seconds so the cheese and marshmallows start to bubble a little

enjoy.

a friend of mine was over once, thought it was strange as hell and wouldnt try it...i nagged him, he finally had one, scarfed the rest of the plate and asked for them every time he came over.
