Most people that sign up and go straight to OT are either spammers or RBMs, sometimes both. Also it's kindof a hazing thing.

See my OP...lol, I mention the hazing and I'm fine with that but I never in my wildest dreams would have thought that I would get so many WWYBYWB.

Trying to make my first poll post.

Title says it all. What effect, if any, does and type of ritual marking have upon you.

(Ritual marking may contain the following: tattoos, branding and or piercing. Your mileage may vary and there are no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied)

Oh, and personally I'm not a fan.

I dont mind a bit of Ink or a piercing here or there, but think it should be able to be hidden, ie shoulder or upper arm for tatts, ears for piercing....personally, anyone with a stud in the nose looks fugly to me!

I feel the same but I didn't want to sway the poll.

But I do believe that people can do whatever they wish to their bodies.

I'm crying for your mom now. And I'm in my 40's to answer your question.

In your 40's do what you want, you are on the backside of your life. Never let anyone tell you at that age what's best for you unless you really want that.

I am 43.

There has never, in the history of the world, been a woman that became more attractive with a tattoo or a non-ear piercing. There are some women who remain attractive despite the ink and extraneous holes, but none will look as good as they did before the defacement.

don't have any myself and don't want any.

in terms of sexual attraction, I don't mind one or two on a guy, but having major work like a full sleeve is a pretty big turn-off.

otherwise, I couldn't give two shits what people do with their bodies.

Depends the women you like.

I don't care for piercings and tats so much, but I understand it.

This is exactly right. I would also add that anyone with piercings/holes (not factory equipment) in there body always makes me wonder why they want to mutilate themselves, I always assume serious mental illness.

Completely disagree but I voted for the last option.

Oh and I should say that I consider any personal body modification as "ritual marking".

I should have defined that in my first post and for the lack of that I apologize.

I find your terminology interesting. Why do you consider any sort of body modification as 'Ritual Markings'? Do you consider women with ear rings to have 'ritual marking'? What if a woman gets a nose job? How about a boob job? Are those body modifications 'ritual marking'

What ritual do you think they are undergoing?
