Ritek Ridata brand for flash memory?

Just wondering what the general opinion is on ritek/ridata flash memory, like the 4GB SD Cards. I wanted to get one for my new troe 700p, but wanted to buy a good brand.

Can you use a 4GB SD card in a Treo 700 w/ out a mod? 😕

I use a 1GB ridata in my Canon S2 with nary a problem.

AmigaMan, the reason I asked is because I know that w/ out a mod, the 650 is limited to 2GB SD cards.
