This is a good deal. Since the only thing an experienced computer user lives on are sodas , he should supplement his diet with top quality vitamin pills. I use these vitamins and they are excellent:

They were actually cheaper a month ago at $6 but they raised the price to $9. Still, with 300 pills, you could make a single bottle last an entire year.

Walmart's brand multivitamin (same label values as Centrum w/lycopene) is even cheaper -- I believe it's $7.49/300. CentralVite is probably the same quality as other brands, but Walmart's products have always been top-rated for solubility and meeting label value in every independent test I have seen, including Consumer Reports.

Although it's a bit gross, if you hold a mulitvite on your tongue, you should feel it almost immediately start to go "slimey," meaning that it is dissolving quickly. This is very important.
