I think someone posted that when gas went up by .66 cents the oil ref.'s profit went up .61 cents a gallon.

But yes, gas goes up because of the price of oil, that is why all these oil companies are makeing the SAME money they did last year per gallon. no HUGE gains at all... yea thats the ticket... :roll:

but that would mean the price would have to more than double what it is now for me...during Katrina, I never saw more than $3.00 in my town...now its back down to $2.30. I highly doubt this...ahh...good contribution to round two.

You have your own fellow citizens to thank for conforming to mob metality, and rushing out an buying as much gas as they can. They are the real culprit to raising gas prices.

Gas prices have dropped BELOW pre-katrina levels in my area, and I live on the gulf coast.

Who cares if it's practical in weight/size? Was it practical for people to keep buying hugeass trucks? If I could market it to the soccer moms and dads who have their SUVs and F350s I'd be so rich I could start using gas-powered engines again!

I heard on the radio news station the other day that they investigated 400 gas stations in NJ and found that 100 of them were price gouging :| :| :|
