Risk:LOTR Ever play it? is it any good?

Hi I'm a born again fan of risk and I was thinking of getting the lord of the rings version. I looked at the board today and all the territories don't seem as strategically placed. I say this because if you think of the classic version of risk Asia is highest power, yet it is vulnerable to attack from every continent except for South American... This as opposed to Australia which has only 1 vulnerability and the least amout of per turn reward.

Comments? What'd you think of the game, was it better, worse, or just as good as the original?

thanks

Its... different. I wouldn't say its better or worse, really. You dont play the same as regual Risk, there some crap with the ring and whatnot.

Hrm... so do you think its worth the $30 or so to buy it? or should I just go buy a deluxe version of the classic risk?
