Definitely worth $10
Not as complex as RON, but it's a kicka$$ game. The campaign is cheesy as hell, and the voice-acting sucks a$$, but it still manages to draw you in.
Wait till you play multiplayer. You think you've won a HUGE battle, and then an even HUGER giant mechanical spider pops out of the ground, simply tramples your infantry, and launches a barrage of missile and cannon fire at everything else. Until you unleash an INSANE glass dragon. Then it's a battle of the titans with a few pop guns from the remaining infantry
I payed $30 for it a while back and haven't regretted it.
