RIS install

Hi there,
we're using 2003 server here and I'm having a play around with RIS. However, instead of just using a copy of an install disk (eg XP SP2) I'd like to push out an image of one box onto a group of boxes with the same hardware. This image would have all the updates, security settings, software and tweaks we require.

Anyone know how or where a decent guide may be? I've tried the MS knowledgebase but the search function seems dire.

to be honest, the best way to do this is to get the PC the way you want it, sysprep it, Ghost it and then use ghost server to multicast the image to the machines. Even less setup but more walking you could ghost to CDs and then use the CDs to put the image on the machines. If you absolutely must use RIS, this is a pretty decent tutorial
